Jandi within the Marketplace

The commercial cleaning service industry is a 74 billion dollar market and offers ample opportunity for multiple cleaning businesses to thrive within the space. The commercial cleaning market has shown a steady increase within the last 10 years (on average 5% yearly increase). This affords individual cleaning businesses the opportunity to see steady growth with the renewal of existing contracts and newly acquired accounts.

Trends for cleaning businesses are somewhat contradictory. With “green clean” eco-friendly products and services more in demand commercially and in residential homes. In contrast, the need for covid-19 specialty deep cleaning and disinfection has become a necessity in most commercial spaces.
